Sekce letová, odbor provozu letadel uveřejňuje formulář žádosti o povolení k letu v nižší výšce než je stanovena ustanovením SERA.5005 (f), který je určený pro provozovatele SPO. Formulář naleznete na stránce – Zvláštní provoz (SPO) dle pravidel EU nebo Formuláře sekce letové.
